Say No More to Domestic Violence

No More

No More

As a parent, there are so many things that could happen to our kids that we would consider to be a nightmare, and finding out (or not finding out) that our child has been a victim of physical or sexual abuse would definitely classify as one of them. I’m sure you agree.

Studies show that nearly 1 in 10 teenagers will experience physical violence from a dating partner and 1 in 3 girls and 1 in 7 boys will experience sexual abuse in childhood, more often than not, from someone they know.

The only way to stop physical and sexual violence is to talk about it. Bring awareness to it! If we don’t, we’re only contributing to the problem because it will continue to happen until we do something about it! We can all help by supporting the domestic violence and sexual assault organizations in our local communities!
